From Zero to AI Assistant in 60 Seconds: Your YourClaw Setup Guide

Setting up a personal AI assistant sounds like it should be complicated. Servers, APIs, Docker containers, config files — the usual DevOps gauntlet.

With YourClaw, it's three steps. Literally.

Step 1: Choose Your Setup

Head to yourclaw.com and pick two things:

Your AI model. Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI), or MiniMax (via Vercel AI Gateway). Each has its strengths — Claude is great at reasoning and writing, GPT-4o excels at general tasks, and MiniMax offers solid performance at a lower cost.

Your channel. WhatsApp or Telegram. This is where your assistant will live. Pick whichever you already use daily.

If you chose WhatsApp, enter your phone number in international format (like +33612345678). For Telegram, just your username.

Step 2: Sign In

Click "Sign in with Google." That's it for authentication. We use Google OAuth so there's no password to remember, no email verification to wait for, nothing to set up.

Behind the scenes, we're spinning up your personal OpenClaw instance on dedicated infrastructure. Your own server, isolated from every other user.

Step 3: Start Chatting

Within about 30–60 seconds, your assistant is live. For Telegram users, it sends you the first message directly. For WhatsApp users, you'll scan a QR code in the dashboard to connect — takes about 10 seconds.
